ESAA Membership Form 2025-2026 

Each administrator should complete the Google Form to Join ESAA. If there are multiple administrators from your campus, please complete this form for each administrator joining ESAA. Principal, Assistant Principal, and Early Childhood Director Membership is $100 each. Membership fees can be paid online by credit card (see the last question on this form to pay) or by check. If paying by Credit Card you must make a payment for each member on your campus. If paying by check you can combine membership payments from the same school into one check. Checks should be made payable to the Office of Catholic Education (not ESAA). Please Mail Checks to:
